The single house MD is centrally located on the parcel and has a wide driveway in front of the house. Besides the garage door and the entrance, the front facade is closed towards the neighbors. In contrary the South-East oriented back facade is designed very open in order to create maximal views towards the garden and sloping landscape in which the house is located.
The open character of the back facade was translated through the ground floor interior by providing the least as possible of interior walls. The open dining- and living area become a unity together with the outside spaces and the terrace.
Besides its contemporary design, house MD is remarkable because of its state of the art energetic concept. Besides its good insulation and ventilation system with heath recuperation the house was equipped with a heath-pump with high efficiency soil probes.
